8 WALTHAM MILITARY AIRCRAFT Clocks USAF Type A-13A NAVY Picture and Description:
8 WALTHAM MILITARY AIRCRAFT Clocks USAF Type A-13A NAVY Click Images to Enlarge Up for auction is a lot of 8 Waltham Military aircraft/airplane clocks. Some are marked for the United States Air Force and some Navy. Two of the clocks are dated to the 60's. I am not sure of the age of the others. This lot is being sold AS-IS for parts or repair with no returns. None of the clocks are currently working and all need some sort or repair. All movements are loose in the plastic/bakelite case. Most cases are missing a screw or some other part. One case is broke, but the others just have scuff marks and no cracks. Only 1 case still has the crystal in it. There are some loose parts in the bottom of the box including a crystal, plastic washers, hands, etc. I have no idea if any of these loose parts are for these clocks or not. Most dials have light scratches on them and some have slightly bent hands. Some of the clocks are missing all the hands. This lot is sold strictly as a parts lot with ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS. I will try to describe each clock to the best of my ability. For more hi-res pictures please send me your email address. Inkfrog will only allow me to add 16 photos. Being sold directly AS FOUND from an estate of a large Military watch and clock collector. Keep an eye on my auctions for many more military items.
